1. Weight loss training programme

Progressive programmes will keep the training stimulating and challenging by changing exercises, increasing repetitiions, frequency and duration of the workouts so you continue to keep loosing weight fast.

Every six weeks clients are given new exercise equipmnt to keep up their motivation, stop them getting stale and to chalenge the body and become a fat burning furnace

2. Dietry Advice

Within the dietry advice I can help you lower your daily calorie intake, encourage you to make better choices in foods by cutting down on sugars and fats and offer you low fat meal replacement ideas.

I also provide portion control plate which segrgates your meat/fish and rice/pasta/potatoes in to a quarter of the plate each and half of the plate for vegetables/salad. I also give FREE special portion pots to reduce the portion sizes for your meals. There is a series of different coloured pots all of which are different sizes which you can use in your meal preperation for measuring out rise, pasta, sauces etc.

Low fat reicpes are also given out for you to try at home

 

 

3. Hypnotherapy And Regression Therapy

Why do people struggle to loose weight and keep it off? Why does it go on for years and years, going through dozens of diets?

My belief is that just going on a diet doesn't always result in weight loss when there are psychological issues present.

Going back to the source/root of the problem is paramount! Whether the source is in their childhood, last week or even a past life. In a regression session I did with a client it came about that her strict father used to punish her and her sister by starving them. By revisiting these events and transforming the events the subconscious mind was reprogrammed.

So by dealing with clearing the psychological issues of overeating first the client can then maximise the benefit of the gastric band hypnosis which will aid you to cut down on food intake.

1.  Regression Therapy - go back to the source of your over eating  - 2hrs per session (1-3 sessions needed) usually £35 per hour
2.  Gastic band Operation (hypnosis) to reduce the intake of food  - 2 hr session - plus a adjustment gastric band hypnosis cd to take home - normally £70
3.  Motivation to exercise hypnosis - to keep you burning the fat off!! - 1 hr session usually £35

1.  Set short term and long term weight loss goals to keep you motivated for the long haul
2.  Take pictures of before and after to compare, video diary,
3.  Make weekly measurements to see progress against targets
4.  Use regression therapy to go back and treat phychological issues that could be preventing sustained weight loss
5.  Use gastric band operation in hypnosis to phycologically shrink the size of your stomach to a golf ball to limit food intake
6.  Have regular exercise programmes that are progressive and changeble to keep loosing weight fast and to prevent going stale where body becomes used to the exercises
7.  Do exercise that challenges the body such as aerobic, anaerobic and resistance training
8.  Reduce portion sizes by using portion control plates and pots
9.  Eat small regular means and try new low fat recipies
